I ordered the wrong part

Kogel Bearings aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you ordered a part and it does not fit for your set up, we will be happy to exchange it for a product that does work for you. As long as the product is unused and in perfect condition, we allow you to return it. Kogel will even cover standard shipping for your replacement parts.

I bought something and it’s not working

Contact us! There is a good chance that something is installed backwards or we need to make a little tweak to your setup. In all cases we will have a couple of technical questions, which are so much easier to handle over the phone.

If you received a faulty product, please remember that Kogel strives for a best-in-industry warranty.

I don’t like this product

Call or contact us and we will take care of you.

How does it work?

Before you send anything back to our office, it would be good that we know it’s coming. Call, email, instant message and Kogel will provide you with return instructions. We are not the types to waste time, so returns are typically processed same or next day after receiving your package.


1 + 1 Guarantee

All Kogel ceramic bearings are backed by a 1+1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Our return rates are low, for that reason we tend to be flexible when it comes to granting warranties. We judge all requests on a case by case basis.

The first year, your products are covered by our ‘very few questions asked policy’. If products have not been mistreated, we will replace any failed products. After the first year, the bearings need to be serviced by a qualified mechanic. This includes cleaning the bearings, regreasing them with Kogel’s Low Friction Grease and replacing the seals. We can execute this service for you, or recommend a shop local to you that we trust.
